1. Information We Collect

• Payment Information: Limited billing details necessary to process subscription or service fees. CoreCast does not directly store full credit card numbers; these are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

2. Public Availability of Data

Any User Data you upload may be made publicly available unless otherwise restricted. Even if you elect not to share data for training purposes, your data will still be stored in a cloud-based environment.

Cloud storage carries inherent risks of exposure, unauthorized access, or disclosure. CoreCast does not guarantee confidentiality of User Data, and you assume all risks associated with its disclosure.

CoreCast complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA, and provides data subjects with rights of access, rectification, deletion, and portability. However, such rights may be limited to the extent permitted by law.

3. Use of Information

We may use your information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform;
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
• Process transactions and manage subscriptions;
• Generate reports, analytics, and CoreCast Outputs;
• Enforce our Terms of Service, User Agreement, and applicable laws.

4. Sharing and Licensing of Information

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that CoreCast may sell, license, or otherwise provide access to User Data (including names, contact information, and other non-sensitive identifiers) to third parties for commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined below.

We may share or license information in the following circumstances:

• Licensed Data Products: CoreCast may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify User Data, and license such datasets (including limited personally identifiable information such as name, employer, professional title, and business contact information) to customers, partners, or other third parties for research, analytics, and commercial use.
• Service Providers: With vendors and contractors who assist in operating the Platform, subject to confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

We retain User Data and account information as long as necessary to provide the Platform or as required by law. Upon termination, some data may persist for backup, archival, or audit purposes.

7. No Refund for Data-Related Issues

CoreCast provides no refund, rebate, or offset for any reason, including but not limited to data loss, disclosure, or unavailability.

8. Your Choices

• You may update or delete your account information by contacting CoreCast support.
• You may opt out of having your User Data used for training purposes, though it will still be stored in cloud environments.
• You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time; however, fees paid remain non-refundable.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising under this Policy are subject to the arbitration and litigation provisions outlined in the CoreCast Terms of Service.

10. Changes to This Policy

CoreCast may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on the Platform. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

11. Your Consent

By clicking "I Accept" in the User Agreement and by continuing to use the Platform, you expressly consent to CoreCast's collection, use, licensing, and sale of your User Data as described in this Policy. You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time if you do not agree.
